How can i track my order?
After placing your order with OtakuArt, you'll receive a WhatsApp message upon dispatch from Otaku Art as well as delhivery(our logistics partner) containing a tracking link.
Just click on the link to access the tracking page. From there, you can easily monitor
the status of your order in real-time, ensuring you're always informed about its progress until it reaches your doorstep!
What should I do if I receive a defective item in my package?
If you receive a defective item, don't worry! We provide free replacements.

Do you offer nationwide delivery? I live in a small town, can I still receive delivery there?
We ship to 99.5% of pincodes across India, ensuring that our deliveries reach even small towns and remote areas.

What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
The estimated delivery time for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is typically 8-10 days, depending on the pin code.
For prepaid orders, delivery usually takes around 6-8 days.

We include a wall safe double-sided tape with every poster purchase,
