RETURN POLICY

At Otaku Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Returns and Cancellations: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
  2. Replacement Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise where a product is damaged during shipping or an incorrect item is received. In such cases, we offer a replacement policy. If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require video evidence of the damage or incorrect item for our records.
  3. Procedure for Replacements: To request a replacement, please follow these steps:
    • Contact our customer service team via email at otaku.artind@gmail.com
    • Provide your order number and details of the issue, including photographs & video starting from unboxing the package.
    • Our customer service team will review your request and respond 2-4 business days with further instructions.
    • If the request for a replacement is approved, we will arrange for the damaged or incorrect item to be returned to us at no cost to you.
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly dispatch a replacement product to you.
  4. Conditions for Replacements:
    • Replacements will only be provided for products that are damaged during shipping or incorrectly shipped.
    • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
    • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  5. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than those stated in our replacement policy. We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
